The purpose of this letter is a respone regarding a review of the quality of Sugar and Spice Eaterym Stoughon, WI For many years I have worked with the staff from Sugar and Spice eatery for catering purposes and for ordering food from that establishment for funeral arrangements, START banquets, and for parent groups that provide food to participants. In every event, Sugar and Spice Eatery has provided excellent food andexcellent service. The staff are friendly, flexible in considering the order that is provided, dependable in their delivery, and the food itself is outstanding.
In the near future, Sugar and Spice Eatery will be one of the three vendors to provide food for the Relay For Life event that will occur on June 17-18 in Stoughton, WI This is for our third year for Sugar and Spice Eatery to be one of the vendors that we rely on for wonderful food, excellent service (they even proivide desserts overnight to the Relayer’s), and dependability.

To whom it may concern:
We began using Sugar & Spice Catering in 2009 when our 2009 Annual Users' Meeting Chairperson (we
have a different chairperson each year) requested them specifically. This particular chairperson brings
several students and spends about 10 weeks of the year at SRC and the group eats daily at Sugar & Spice
Eatery.
Our Users' Meeting attendance is usually around 80. We have had Sugar & Spice cater breakfasts, breaks,
and lunches. They have always been excellent. They are always prompt, well prepared, appropriately
dressed, well mannered and helpful beyond words.
What has been especially great is how easy it is to work with them. They have a varied selection and then
have worked with us when we needed particular menu items. We have not found other caterers in our area
who are willing to be so accommodating.
Since having Sugar & Spice at our 2009 Annual Users' Meeting, we have had other meeting chairs who
have requested Sugar & Spice for their meetings. With all of the catering jobs they have done for our
numerous meetings of varying sizes we have never had a problem. There has always been enough food
and they have always been on time. (Not like the Annual Banquet where the Madison caterer forgot a tray
of chicken breasts and refused to drive back to Madison, get the forgotten tray, and bring it out to
Stoughton, leaving a number of guests without the main course!) The caterers from Sugar & Spice know
their job and do their work professionally.
From box lunches to hot meals, they have always come through. I will be contacting them soon as it is
time for our 2011 Users' Meeting and they have been requested again!

I would like to recommend Sugar & Spice Eatery for your catering needs. I have requested
their catering services on many occasions for my employer Cummins Filtration, in Stoughton,
WI. We have served as many as 300 employees to 12, and the quality, taste, and service
has been excellent. They are very accommodating to our dietary needs and special
requests, and we have always had more than enough food to serve. Delivery and pick has
been timely.

To Whom It May Concern,
Universal has used Sugar and Spice Eatery for the past two plus years for catering our Employee
Holiday luncheon meal in December. We have been extremely pleased with Carrie's business.
She has been extremely reliable, courtesy and has provided excellent meals. All employees
have enjoyed the meals she has provided for our Holiday luncheons.
Carrie is very good about communicating when she would be at our facility and did a great job
of set-up and clean-up. We plan on continuing to use Sugar and Spice Eatery in the future and
we would highly recommend it to others!

It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Sugar & Spice Eatery. Nelson Global Products has been using the catering services of Sugar & Spice since its inception in April 2011. However, as part of Cummins. I've worked closely with Sugar & Spice catering for many years. To say I'm very pleased with their commitment to service is an understatement.
Carrie, Amy and their staff are always willing to work with me regarding special menu items, even tackling the task of many last minute requests. Delivery is always on time; the food items are always fresh, hot and appealing. I always receive compliments from my staff on the catered lunches.
Sugar & Spice also commits to making my part in the catering process very easy. They come into our offices, set up the catering event and always return to clean up. I know I don't have to concern myself when the event is over as to who will do the clean up.
